King Prawn salad with mary rose dressing
Pillow of smoked salmon, cucumber ribbons and avocado oil
Coriander crusted tuna, cucumber, shiitake, ginger and soy lime dressing
Twice cooked pork belly, caramelised ginger and apple puree
