contentBuilt in 1881 the Middle Brighton Baths was the centre for local recreation.  Due to a devastating storm in late 1934 the Middle Brighton Baths was reconstructed by prominent Victorian architects Oakley & Parkes and reopened in December 1936.

In the years since, there have been further transformations ... the timber enclosure was rebuilt in 1988 and a glass and steel extension on both levels brought Middle Brighton Baths roaring into the 21st Century.   2008/2009 saw the beginning of a new chapter in the Middle Brighton Baths story ... the restaurant, cafe & bar along with the gymnasium underwent significant renovations, enhancing each venue with clean lines, new interiors, equipment and a new lease of life.   We acknowledge the historical importance of the past and look forward to the future!
